Take a break from the demands of parenting and invest in yourself. This twice-monthly emotional support group offers a welcoming space to connect with other moms, share experiences, feelings, and find encouragement while navigating the joys and challenges of the toddler and preschool years. Join us! This group is designed as an opportunity for moms to recharge, so we ask that you attend without your children whenever possible. NO REGISTRATION REQUIRED About the group leader: Andrea Glover, LCSW, PMHC, has a private practice in Scarsdale, and specializes in perinatal, reproductive, maternal, and menopausal mental health. She has been practicing for over 30 years and has lived experience with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. Andrea is also a proud mother of a Scarsdale High School graduate and is thrilled to be giving back to the wonderful Scarsdale community.
