tinyout aggregates and curates toddler-friendly events across the NYC metro area. Event listings are sourced from public venues, studios, and cultural institutions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listed event.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use any automated system, software, bot, crawler, scraper, or similar technology to access, extract, collect, or copy data from the Service, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes.
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, or resell the data, content, or listings available through the Service.
• Access the Service's API endpoints for any purpose other than rendering the Service in a standard web browser for personal, non-commercial use.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security, rate-limiting, or access-control features of the Service.
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use of the Service.
• Create a competing product or service using data obtained from the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

The compilation, curation, categorization, and presentation of event listings on tinyout constitute original works protected by applicable intellectual property laws. While individual event facts may be publicly available, the aggregated dataset, enriched metadata, editorial content, and user interface are proprietary to tinyout.

5. User Accounts

Some features of the Service require a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that event information is accurate, current, or complete. Always verify event details directly with the venue or organizer before attending.

7. Limitation of Liability

tinyout shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
