Join us for a 90-minute weekly drop-in or semester-long journey of socialization, connection, support, and love! The intention of our parent–child program is to offer parents and caregivers a dedicated space to de-stress, share their journey, and explore practical mindfulness tools to bring warmth and ease into the home. Support & Connection: Every session begins with an open support circle to introduce yourselves, reflect, and share in a community of fellow parents. The 7 Pillars of Mindfulness: Over the course of the semester, we will spend two weeks exploring each of Jon Kabat-Zinn’s seven foundational principles of mindfulness— non-judgment, patience, beginner’s mind, trust, non-striving, acceptance, and letting go . Practical Integration: You’ll walk away from each class with simple, tangible ways to weave mindfulness into your child’s daily routine.
