A gentle first step into the rhythm and spirit of Jewish life. This cozy class welcomes our youngest learners (0–12 months) and their caregivers into a world of Hebrew lullabies, joyful melodies, and soothing niggunim. Through song, movement, and sensory play, babies begin to feel the heartbeat of Jewish rhythm — from shalom to simcha, from quiet Shabbat moments to playful clapping songs. Caregivers will sing, cuddle, and connect as we nurture growing souls with music, love, and light. Tuesdays, September 8— December 15 | 12:00 — 12:45 PM
Family estrangement can bring feelings of grief, hurt, and isolation. You are not alone. Over five Tuesdays beginning October 20, temple members who share this experience will gather for conversation and validation. Led by Dr. Dina Rosenfeld, LMSW, participants will be guided through healthy coping strategies and offered a reframe of difficult interactions. Whether or not reconciliation is possible, participants will be supported in finding a path forward with greater perspective and hope for healing.
