About this event

Our Contemporary Dance classes encourage dancers to express themselves through movement while building strong technical foundations. Blending elements of ballet, jazz, and modern dance, contemporary focuses on musicality, creativity, fluidity, and emotional storytelling. Dancers will develop strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and control while learning floor work, improvisation, across-the-floor progressions, and expressive choreography. Classes emphasize proper technique while giving dancers the opportunity to explore their own unique movement style in a supportive and encouraging environment. Whether your dancer is new to contemporary or looking to expand their training, this class helps build confidence, artistry, and versatility while fostering a genuine love for dance.

Our Adaptive Dance classes are designed for children and teens with disabilities, developmental differences, sensory needs, and other unique support needs. We provide a welcoming, inclusive, and encouraging environment where every dancer can experience the joy of movement, music, and self-expression while feeling supported and celebrated. Each class is thoughtfully adapted to meet every dancer's individual abilities, learning style, and comfort level. Through music, creative movement, and foundational dance skills, dancers will build coordination, balance, rhythm, confidence, and social skills in a fun, positive setting. Our small class sizes allow instructors to provide individualized support while encouraging every dancer to grow at their own pace.
