Looking for activities for the kids? Don't need all that our After School has to offer? Sign up for our Class Membership! The Class Membership runs M - F from 4 - 5 PM. You can register for 1 or all 5 days! Monday & Friday: Survey of Sports This is where kids get to try out new sports without the family commitment to long seasons and every weekend. We've covered baseball, soccer, basketball, gagaball, darts, juggling, skateboarding, volleyball, Ninja course, and more! Tuesday & Thursday: Fitness Class Our classes are fun and engaging for kids while teaching them good movement patterns, developing their physical literacy, and a lifetime love of fitness! Our Coach is specially trained to work with kids and does an amazing job! Wednesday: Community & Peer Led Day Once a month, we visit spots in the neighborhood and learn about local businesses and community services. We've talked to the fire department, grounds keepers at the parks, local restaurant owners, and more! It's a great way for kids to feel connected and safe at home. The rest of the month is peer-le activities. Kids learn to work together, building forts or obstacle courses, or creating new games, all under the watchful eye of our coaches. Physical Activity, Outdoor Time, Unstructured Play & Community Building are the prescription to Building Tomorrow's Leaders Today! We take a holistic view in helping your child grow! Physical Activity: organized games and team activities teach kids communication, leadership, and resilience in an organic setting Outdoor Time: humans are grounded in nature. Being outside helps regulate and restore kids' nervous systems, reset circadian rhythms, ward off illness, and building immunity no matter the weather Unstructured Play: adult free, peer-only play gives kids autonomy, choice, and downtime. In a natural environment, kids learn effective communication, conflict resolution, and their likes and dislikes. It's also essential for building self-esteem Community Day: global, community, and individual wellness is our focus. For older children and young adults, ages 11-17, still in high school. Our Pre-Teen & Teen Program is an excellent way to develop physical competence and strength while giving pre-teens and teenagers a strong sense of self-worth and accomplishment. Each class includes a warm-up, strength session, workout, and cool-down/debrief. Classes are led by experienced coaches trained to work with youth athletes. All fitness levels are welcome. Workouts are adaptable to the novice athlete as well as the expert.
