Join Lisa Muchnik, a Commack mom and author, for a fun family program. She will be reading her newest children’s picture book Rainbow Panda in Balance, a story about embracing our flexibility when things don’t go as planned. The book reading will be followed by engaging mindfulness exercises, including an interactive yoga sequence created by the children and movement with music and colored scarves. Please wear comfortable clothing and footwear. Parents and/or caregivers must remain with the child during this event.
