Join Miss Ally in the Children’s Room on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays for Family Storytime, where we’ll be reading books, singing songs, and playing with scarves, shakers and other props – activities meant to be both fun and promote development. Tales for Tails

For Children Entering Grades K – 5 Read to therapy dogs and develop your reading skills and sense of compassion! Children will also learn about animal-savvy behavior and volunteerism. The program will be led by volunteers from ROAR (Ridgefield Operation for Animal Rescue). It will take place on the first Thursday of each month. There are four 15-minute time slots available – 4:00 pm, 4:15 pm, 4:30 pm and 4:45 pm. Please register by FAMILY (siblings share a time slot, so please only register one spot for your FAMILY). There will be two therapy dogs, so two families can register per time slot. Please register below for your desired time slot (the first one is 4 pm, second is 4:15 pm, etc).

Art & Science Storytime

For Ages 4 – 7, accompanied by a caregiver. This is called “Art & Science Storytime” because Miss Ally includes arts & crafts or science experiments as part of her weekly storytime for this age group.
