About this event

For centuries, people of the Far East have used Martial Arts to increase their fitness, flexibility and stamina. It is also valued for instilling virtues like honesty, respect, and self-discipline. Our Martial Arts curriculum is based on a Brazilian form of Martial Arts called Jiu-Jitsu. Jiu-Jitsu literally means “smooth art” and is known as the premier art form of self-defense.
