Our GoFit Baby class is for infants aged 6 to 14 months and focuses on supporting key developmental milestones such as crawling, standing, and walking through structured activities. The class provides sensory stimulation and opportunities for babies to interact with peers in a safe environment. Parents or caregivers are required to participate and will receive practical tips for encouraging development at home. The last 10 minutes of class are reserved for socialization, exploration, and open play.

Prep for Littles is a drop-off program designed to help children build independence in a supportive, playful environment. With a 4:1 child-to-teacher ratio, kids get plenty of attention as they grow in confidence and begin to separate comfortably. Each class is split between time in the gym and time in the classroom. In the gym, children are introduced to a variety of sports and movement-based activities like soccer, basketball and basic gymnastics. The focus is on coordination, participation and learning through repetition and play. In the classroom, children work on socialization and early learning through simple, structured activities. This includes art projects, story time, and imaginative play that support language, early concepts (colors, numbers, letters) and fine motor skills. Every class also includes snack and circle time, helping create routine and a sense of community.

Our Multi-Sport Training Tots & Little Athletes programs, for children ages 2-4 years are 45 minute buddy (guardian) participation classes. Children develop and practice important gross-motor movements through games and play in the comfort of their buddy’s hands. This program focuses on skill-development in soccer, basketball, softball/baseball, tennis, golf, volleyball, floor hockey, lacrosse and FunFitness (track & field and gymnastics skills). The program allows for the participants to gain full development according to their skill phase in each sport by means of correct repetition and practice. Children refine their sports skills through targeted drills, specialized FunFit activities, game scenarios, and plenty of enjoyable playtime. All FunFit programs are carefully designed to be safe, age and level appropriate and utilizes specialized equipment.
