Teacher: Jemilla Mulvihill. This registered Music Together class for ages 0 months to 5 years takes place at Music Together of Fort Greene/Clinton Hill, with mixed-age sessions designed for caregivers and children to participate together.
Brazilian Portuguese Play & Talk is the perfect class to introduce your child to the Portuguese language in a fun and interactive way! Through pedagogical games, songs, multi-sensory experiences, and hands-on, play-based activities , children ages 3-5 will learn basic words and phrases such as greetings, colors, counting, and animals. This playful, immersive environment makes learning Portuguese enjoyable and engaging while fostering early language skills and cultural awareness. Children build vocabulary, practice listening, and engage socially in Portuguese—without pressure—just fun, music, and meaningful moments. Each session is limited to just 6 students to ensure a personalized and engaging learning experience. Led by a dynamic, native Brazilian Portuguese instructor , our classes offer a semi to fully-immersive environment where little ones can explore the language through play, songs, and connection. ✨ Our mission? To make learning and speaking Portuguese a fun, joyful, and confidence-building adventure for every child! Interested in a drop-in? You may attend the first class as a drop-in to get a feel for the experience (single class fee: $55 ). After that, we require full semester registration to ensure consistency and the best learning journey for all students. Just reach out to us—we’re happy to help!
