Mr. Corbitt's Musical Storytime is an interactive and engaging storytime concert for young children and their grown-ups. In this program, Mr. Corbitt sings and reads classic pop songs in picture book form, including “Let’s Dance” by David Bowie, “Octopus’ Garden” by The Beatles, and “One Love” by Bob Marley, among many others. In between these musical storybooks, he leads the little ones through energetic renditions of nursery rhymes and children’s tunes, all with a pair of maracas for each child. They'll be singing, dancing, and shaking the whole time! Due to limited space, this program is currently limited to Westwood residents. Non-residents are welcome to join the waiting list by calling the library at 201-664-0583 and will be contacted if space becomes available.
