About this event

Mamas & Munchkins provides a warm, welcoming space for parents and caregivers with young children to connect, share experiences, and build community. Early parenthood can feel isolating, and this group would focus on fostering connection, emotional support, and a sense of belonging in a relaxed, child-friendly environment. While facilitated by a mental health professional, the group is intended as guided peer support rather than therapy. Children are welcome! Coffee and donuts will be provided for attendees. Mamas and Munchkins is a peer-led support group intended to provide community, connection, and shared support among caregivers. This group is not therapy, counseling, or a substitute for mental health treatment. Participation does not establish a therapeutic relationship with Positive Change Psychological Services or any group facilitator.

Exploration Stations is a sensory play program specifically designed for toddlers and pre-schoolers. Themed stations are expertly curated to use a child's senses to learn through imagination and play. Each station is equipped with 2-3 activities to teach children about specific topics. For children ages 18 months through pre-k. Please register. Clark residents with library cards will have priority registration. Priority registration for Clark residents with library cards until 48 hours before the event. All others will remain on the pending waitlist until then and automatically moved to registered if space remains.
