Series meets on September 9, 16, 23. A Mothers’ Center Circle is a great way to connect with other moms. At each meeting our facilitator guides us through various discussions exploring the joys and challenges in mothering. It is a great opportunity for us to support each other by finding commonalities and connection through our unique journeys of motherhood. Through fun filled, ballet based exercises, imagery and a mixture of classical music and song , this 30 minute structured class will have your dancer pointing their toes, learning to plie and tip toe-ing out of the door. It's lovely bonding time with Mommy and a perfect introduction to dance that helps develop and instill physical and emotional confidence while learning a foundation in ballet.
