Give your child a joyful, confidence-building head start with a Kindergarten Readiness class, where learning feels like play and every child is supported at their own pace. This class is for children entering Kindergarten as a preparation course OR can also be used as extra support for current or previous kindergarteners. Through engaging, hands-on activities, we bring early academics to life by exploring letter recognition (including the letters in their own names), number recognition, number sense, patterns, and sequencing. Storytelling, retelling, and early literacy skills are woven into each session in a way that sparks imagination and builds a true love for learning. Little learners strengthen fine motor skills through handwriting and scissor practice, all while building confidence, independence, and important social skills. Children learn to work alongside peers, take turns, and feel comfortable in a group setting. Let’s get kinder ready and feel confident doing so! Ages 4 & 5. Registration is required. *When registering, please use your child's name* Preference will be given to Rutherford residents.
