Our Music Reset class is one that came to make you sweat. Think of strengthening and heart opening poses, as well as plenty of chaturanga options for that extra flush of the system. A “flow” that will for sure get sweaty and a little messy, and an experience that will deeply help you release. This class is a true power “reset” of the body and the mind. Expect loud music and occasional immersive visuals for a Friday flow vibe! Discretion is advised.
