Celebrate Culture & Traditions at the Garfield Public Library! Join us after hours for a special night of light refreshments and live performances by Pepe Santana (Grupo INKHAY), Master Andean Folk Musician & 2026 NJ Heritage Fellow, and a Traditional Dominican Dance Group. Presented by The Folklife Center of Northern New Jersey, this project is a collaboration of Passaic County Community College and the New Jersey State Council on the Arts, a partner agency of the National Endowment for the Arts.
