Join us for a fun, movement class designed for babies who are steady sitters and beginning to explore movement toward crawling. Led by a pediatric physical therapist, this class focuses on building strength, coordination, and confidence as babies transition from sitting into hands-and-knees and early crawling. This class is best suited for babies who are steadily sitting independently and beginning to show interest in moving out of sitting. Our Russian Baby & Me Classes are taught by an experienced and engaging native Russian instructor designed to introduce the magic of the Russian language at the earliest stage of development. With a focus on sensory exploration, music, and simple interactive songs , these classes introduce foundational language skills in a nurturing, playful setting. Parents and caregivers participate alongside their babies, helping them learn through repetition and exploration, setting the stage for a lifelong love of Russian. Book a time with Calvin Agran and choose from below: Private Session: A one hour private training session with one of our expert coaches. After your child completes their evaluation session, our coaches will work with you and your child to develop a holistic program to address your child's specific strengths and weaknesses. Semi Private Session: A one hour private training session with one of our expert coaches designed for up to 3 athletes, for ideal results we recommend the athletes be of a similar age and skill level. After your child completes their evaluation session, our coaches will work with you and your child to develop a holistic program to address your child's specific strengths and weaknesses. Evaluation: A one hour one on one session beginning with a dynamic warmup, followed by a series of tests of your child's athletic skills. Th is evaluation helps us learn which specific areas your child needs to work on to take their athletic performance to the next level, as well as provide a baseline to look back at as they improve. Some examples of exercises we will test are Vertical Jump, Broad Jump, 10yd sprint time, 20yd shuttle, max pull-ups.
