About this event
If you have lots of energy and a short attention span, we have a program for you! Songs, rhymes, feltboards, and a book or two! Registration required. Walkers up to age 3, with an adult caregiver. Older and younger siblings welcome!

Come sing, move, and find your calm! Children will explore their emotions through lively songs, fun movement, and storytelling activities designed to help them connect with their feelings. They'll also discover soothing, age-appropriate mindfulness practices like gentle breathing and imaginative visualizations to help them feel peaceful and present. It's the perfect mix of music, playful activity, and relaxation. This program is designed for children age 24 months and older. Children are allowed to attend ONLY one session. Registration is required.
