14 Tuesdays; except 11/3 Welcome to a joyful space where young artists explore, imagine, and create at their own pace! In this open-ended art experience, children aged 1-3 years are invited to engage with thoughtfully curated materials - from paints and pastels to clay, cardboard, and found objects - designed to spark curiosity and self-expression. Rooted in the belief that the process of making is more important than the final product, this class encourages exploration over instruction, allowing children to follow their own interests, build confidence, and develop fine motor skills in a nurturing, child-led environment. Caregivers are active participants, supporting and witnessing their children's creative journeys while connecting with a like-minded community. Each week brings new textures, tools, and inspirations - because the possibilities are as endless as a child's imagination. It is of deep importance to us that our programs be financially accessible for all. If your family would like to discuss financial assistance for any of our programs, please email lenora@jccharlem.org.
