Donations of new baby essentials will be accepted (diapers, wipes, formulas, onesies, pullups or socks). No registration required. Car Seat Safety Inspection Suffolk County Police Department will offer car seat safety inspections. Operation Safe Child ID Cards Operation Safe Child provides parents and children with important child safety information, basic biographical information and photographs of your child. The card allows missing child information to be disseminated, statewide, if necessary, within minutes and increases the possibility of bringing a missing child home. No registration required. This program will take place in the gallery at 55 Vanderbilt Parkway. Programs may be photographed/videotaped for library publicity.
