The Keys to Cyber Safety

For Grades 3-6: Kids will create their own "Keys to Cyber Safety" by writing important online safety tips on pre-cut cardstock keys, such as creating strong passwords, protecting personal information, telling a trusted adult when something doesn't seem right, etc. They'll learn how to stay safe online while identifying smart choices they can make when using the internet. Afterward, they will reinforce what they've learned by playing a cyber safety board game, bingo, a matching game, and answering true-or-false questions with their peers. Each child will take home their cyber safety keys along with copies of the games and activities to continue practicing at home.
