About this event

Develop your infant’s speech sounds and feeding skills through songs, books, play, and movement led by a certified Speech Language Pathologist. Each week different motor plans will be targeted through tactile and sensory input to prepare your child’s mouth for the movements necessary for speech sound acquisition and feeding skills development. Learn how to set your child up for success during these early stages!

Who We Are: Join us for 45 minutes of music and movement! Designed by two NYC moms, our lesson plan facilitates child development in a way that is fun for both children and their caretakers. Each class is led by Broadway-caliber performers, with expertise in a variety of genres and styles. Your child will gain practical physical, emotional, and mental skills through the lens of ballet, musical theatre, modern pop, Motown, and more! We can't wait to sing and dance with you and your family! Location Specific Information: This class is held in a ballet studio. While there will be yoga mats to sit on, if you would like extra padding for you or your child, we recommend bringing your own blanket and/or mat as well. AYDT has been very kind to let us linger in their lobby to give the children lunch. They do ask that we are mindful of crumbs and trash, and that we clean up after ourselves.
