Welcome to The Rookie Class at The Inner Athlete! This sport-focused class offers an immersive 45-minute or 60-minute experience, tailored for children aged 2.5 to 3.5 years. While parent or caregiver participation is optional, we encourage their involvement based on each child's needs. Please note that this class is not a drop-off program. The Rookie Class is designed to foster essential skills such as coordination, strength, balance, and locomotor abilities. Throughout the sessions, children will have the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of various sports. Our engaging group setting creates a supportive environment for kids to practice sharing, following directions, and socializing with their peers. In addition to structured activities, the one-hour class incorporates open play sports time. This allows the young athletes to explore and enjoy different sports in a fun and uninhibited manner.
