THIS PROGRAM IS A TAKE AND MAKE CRAFT KIT. There is NOT an in person activity portion to this program. Bring your library card to check out the book and kit to take the book home to read and the kit home to make at home. Again, this is NOT an in person activity to do at the library. Join our low-stakes, self-paced Caregiver and Me Grab & Go Book Club + Craft by stopping in the children's room at library to grab the book & kit beginning September 29th at 4:30 PM. WHILE SUPPLIES LAST ; LIMITED SUPPLIES. Please note: This is a TAKE home book and craft to do with a child ages 2-8 years old and there is no actual in-person program!! Again, this is not a program at the library. This is a craft and book to take home and do at home. This month's book club pick is One is a Pinata by Roseanne Thong. "In rhyming text, Hispanic children count the things, like pinatas and maracas, that can be seen in their neighborhood." What's in the kit: -The book club book (to be checked out on your account, so BRING YOUR LIBRARY CARD! ) -Craft instructions & basic supplies

This lapsit story time for infants who are not yet crawling or walking features songs, readings, and rhymes! Babies/toddlers who are crawling or walking should only register for Toddler Times. Only lapsit babies will be admitted into this program. Walking and crawling babies will NOT be admitted. Thank you for your cooperation. Join us for story time! We will be singing songs, learning rhymes, and reading books together. Grownups, please read! Space is limited and registration is required. NEW: Registration opens 48HR before the program. There is no waitlist for the program. There are two program time options so that more people can attend the program. Please only sign up for ONE program per week. Please check in at the programming room door when you arrive. The storytime room will open 5 minutes before the program begins. If your child is antsy or crying, you are welcome to take a break and return to the program room when your child has calmed down. Please be courteous to others in the class, participate in the songs and rhymes, and keep conversation to a minimum. There is a ten minute grace period and then no late comers will be permitted.

Ages 1–2: Parent & Me Soccer This 30-minute soccer class is designed for young walkers, toddlers, and children experiencing a group activity for the first time. Parents or caregivers actively participate alongside their child. Activities focus on movement, balance, coordination, exploring the soccer ball, following simple directions, and becoming comfortable in the class environment. Children at this age are not expected to complete every activity. It is completely normal for them to observe, take breaks, wander, or need extra support from their grown-up. Class Location: Albert J Parham Playground (on Adelphi between Dekalb ave & Willoughby ave) We play in the handball courts Choosing the Right Class Class Age Groups: 1&2, 2&3, 3&4, 4&5 Our age ranges are guidelines. Families should select the class that best matches their child’s age, experience, independence, attention span, and comfort level. Children do not need to move into the next group immediately after their birthday. For example, a child who recently turned three may still be most comfortable in the Ages 2–3 class. A child who is three-and-a-half or approaching four and can participate more independently may be ready for the Ages 3–4 class. Our coaches may recommend a different group after observing a child if we believe another class would provide a better experience. Rain Policy We move our classes indoors at Futbol Rebels Clubhouse if we have rain in the radar. Our clubhouse is located on 260 Jefferson Avenue, Brooklyn 11216.
