Join us every Wednesday at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Library for "tween time", where tweens ages 8-12 years old do everything from crafting to STEM activities with each other and our library staff. Tweens will have access to video games, puzzles, card/board games, art supplies, and more that are usually unavailable during standard Children's programming! All supplies are provided! Sept 2nd- Celebrate back-to-school season as we create DIY bookmarks! Sept 9th- Learn about math, money management, and real estate with Hasbro's Monopoly during this week's Board Game Bonanza! Sept 16th- In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, this week's Tween Titans will be competing in an epic trivia of Hispanic movies and books, like Coco, Encanto, and more! Sept 23rd- Take a chance behind the wheel, or the joystick, to race against your friends in Mario Kart on the Nintendo Switch! Sept 30th- Celebrate Fall while painting (fake) pumpkins and learning about financial literacy during our Paint a Pumpkin Piggybank program! Supplies are limited to 12 participants!
