Our Aerial Arts program combines artistry and acrobatics with flight, and as one of our most popular programs it is not to be missed. Moving in space suspended and supporting your own body weight provides a unique opportunity for muscle development and spatial awareness all while having fun! We currently train the following Aerial Apparatuses at Spring: Lyra, Silks, Hammock and Static Trapeze. Prefer monthly payments? Bring your little one into our fully equipped gym for some unstructured play-time. Your child can explore (with your help) all the fun they can create in the gym for themselves. They will not only get out some energy, but will be building confidence and decision making skills by making choices on how and what they play with. This is our Level 3 gymnastics class and for our most advanced students. This class is by invitation only and will focus on handstands and contortion. Students will build balance, strength, control, and increase flexibility while learning impressive and challenging skills. If you’ve mastered both your front & back walkover and your split, ask your coach if you’re ready to join this class. Prefer monthly payments?
