Stepping Stones Academy Ages 3–4 | Fall 2026 Building Confidence for Preschool & Beyond Stepping Stones Academy is a thoughtfully designed enrichment program created for children who are ready to strengthen their independence, develop kindergarten-readiness skills, and deepen their love of learning through meaningful, hands-on experiences. This is not a drop-off program. A parent or caregiver remains onsite throughout each class, allowing children to gain confidence and independence while knowing their grown-up is close by. Our intentionally small class sizes provide individualized attention while fostering friendships, confidence, and a positive classroom experience that prepares children for their next educational milestone. What to Expect Throughout our semester, children will participate in engaging, hands-on learning experiences designed to encourage curiosity, creativity, confidence, and a love of learning. Each class includes opportunities for: Morning Meeting & Circle Time Early literacy and language development Letter recognition and phonological awareness Early writing and fine motor development Hands-on math exploration Science investigations and discovery Process art and creative expression Music and movement Social-emotional learning Classroom routines and independence-building skills Children will also strengthen important preschool readiness skills, including: Following multi-step directions Participating in group discussions and activities Building confidence and independence Developing friendships and cooperative play Strengthening problem-solving and critical thinking skills Practicing self-help skills and classroom responsibility Preparing for a successful transition into preschool or Pre-K Fall 2026 Session Tuesday Cohort 12:45 PM- 1:45 PM or 2:15 PM- 3:30 PM Session Dates September 8th September 15 September 22 September 29 October 6 October 13 October 20 October 27 November 3 November 10 Reserved Make-Up Class: Tuesday, November 17, 2026 Tuition: $420 for the semester Program Requirements To ensure every child is prepared for success, enrollment in Stepping Stones Academy requires: Completion of 10 Schoolhouse educational classes prior to the start of the academy. Children must be between 3–4 years of age at the start of the semester. A parent or caregiver must remain onsite during each class. Families should be committed to attending consistently, as each week builds upon the previous lesson and classroom experience. The required 10 Schoolhouse educational classes are an important part of the Stepping Stones journey. They allow children to become familiar with our teachers, classroom routines, expectations, and learning environment before entering the academy. By the time the semester begins, children are comfortable in the classroom, confident with transitions, and ready to thrive in a more structured educational setting. Our Goal Stepping Stones Academy bridges the gap between parent-and-child classes and traditional preschool by nurturing the whole child in a warm, encouraging environment. Our goal is not only to prepare children for preschool and Pre-K but to foster confidence, independence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning. Every activity is intentionally planned to support each child's academic, social, emotional, and developmental growth while creating meaningful memories alongside their caregiver.
