Join Queens Botanical Garden, NYC Emergency Management, and Guardians of Flushing Bay for a fun, family-friendly day focused on emergency preparedness, climate resilience, and keeping our communities safe. Families can enjoy hands-on activities, meet local community partners, and learn simple ways to prepare for emergencies and protect our waterways and neighborhoods. Activities include: – Craft making for kids and families -Community Partner Tabling with local organizations and preparedness resources -Please Don’t Flush Climate Play at 1:30 PM, a fun and engaging performance about protecting our waterways and environment -music and more Come learn, create, connect, and get prepared together!
