Welcome to TIA Cheer: a first-of-its-kind Hoboken cheerleading class! Our program is geared toward those interested in learning all about cheerleading in a fun, inclusive and non-competitive environment. Created and taught by former national all-star cheerleading champion and Hoboken mom Michelle Mazurkiewicz, we focus on introducing and honing the fundamental elements of cheerleading including motions, jumps, cheer, dance, stunts, performance and more. We’ll also focus on confidence, positivity and strength -- all while having a blast and learning a lot! Each semester culminates with a showcase for our cheerleaders to demonstrate all they have learned to their families. This Fall 2026 semester will consist of 12 drop-off classes and is open to grades K-3 who have participated in at least one TIA Cheer session in the past. Class Dates: 9/11, 9/18, 9/25, 10/9, 10/16, 10/23, 10/30, 11/13, 11/20, 12/4, 12/11, 12/18 (showcase on 12/18 at end of class) Time : 3:30-5 pm Location: The Inner Athlete / Monroe Center C-409 *Includes a green bow with a hair tie attached. Optional TIA Cheer T-shirts available for purchase for $15 at checkout or in-studio.* **There are no credits or refunds for missed TIA Cheer classes. A make-up session will be provided if TIA needs to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. (weather, sickness, etc.)**
