About this event

Our Aerial Arts program combines artistry and acrobatics with flight, and as one of our most popular programs it is not to be missed. Moving in space suspended and supporting your own body weight provides a unique opportunity for muscle development and spatial awareness all while having fun! This is our Level 3 gymnastics class and for our most advanced students. This class is by invitation only and will focus on handstands and contortion. Students will build balance, strength, control, and increase flexibility while learning impressive and challenging skills. If you’ve mastered both your front & back walkover and your split, ask your coach if you’re ready to join this class. Prefer monthly payments? Girls Tumbling Level 2 Ages 12+

Tumbling is the class for the gymnast who loves floor work. This is a great class in addition to your regular gymnastics class, or if you just really want to focus on all things power tumbling. This class will have you moving in a sequence of back to back acrobatic movements, showing impressive body control, coordination, and strength. If your favorite part of gymnastics includes flips, aerials, and handsprings, you won’t want to miss this class. Students must have both a front and back walkover, and handstand pop.
