About this event

15 Thursdays (Except:Nov 26, Dec 24, Dec 31) In Person. In this children's cooking class, young chefs have fun peeling, whisking, and stirring their way through a variety of fresh ingredients, techniques, and food vocabulary. They learn healthy eating habits and develop language by identifying colors, shapes, and smells while strengthening motor skills in a nurturing and delicious environment. Classes take place in our state of the art Upper West Side professional culinary studio. All recipes are nut-free and either dairy or pareve; kosher dietary laws are observed. Please contact Kelley Malloy (kmalloy@mmjccm.org) before the first class if your child has additional food allergies.
