About this event

Missing Dewey already? Write him a letter! The first Monday of the month, kids can come in to write a letter and mail it to Dewey! Kids will be paired with a teen to help them write their letters. Through this program, kids will: • practice and hone their writing and spelling skills • learn how to address and stamp a letter • learn about the mail system Kids will receive a letter back from Dewey during the next session! Grades K-4 Registration Required

Calling all library kids in grades k-2! The Book Nook is back! Join Erika for a read-aloud story, followed by a fun activity, craft or game pertaining to the book. One registration covers the entire 6-week series. First preference given to residents of Mahopac/Mahopac Central School District. All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult (over the age of 18) who must remain in the building for the duration of the program!
