Little Makers Studio is a gentle, open-ended morning experience designed for young children and their caregivers to slow down, connect, and create together. Thoughtfully curated with beautiful materials, engaging creative invitations, and calming music, our studio offers an inspiring environment where children are free to explore, imagine, build, and make at their own pace. Alongside open studio exploration, little makers are invited to participate in a light art activity that changes regularly, introducing new materials and creative experiences without pressure or expectation. Rather than rushing from one activity to the next, mornings at Hello Huckleberry are intentionally unhurried. Children are encouraged to follow their curiosity, develop confidence through independent discovery, and engage with a space designed to nurture creativity, conversation, and meaningful play. After the Bell is a 60-minute studio experience thoughtfully designed to provide children with a creative reset at the end of the school day. Each session begins with time to explore our beautifully curated studio through open-ended play, sensory experiences, and creative discovery before transitioning into a guided art project led by our instructors. Every week introduces a new artistic experience inspired by contemporary artists, exceptional materials, seasonal themes, and innovative techniques. Children will explore painting, collage, sculpture, printmaking, mixed media, fiber arts, and more while developing confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong appreciation for the creative process. Designed to feel both enriching and unhurried, After the Bell offers a calm, inspiring environment where children are encouraged to experiment, create thoughtfully, and leave each week with both a meaningful work of art and a sense of accomplishment.
