Living Atelier: Wonder Play Play and curiosity are the habits of the artist. In this after-school experience, children draw, sculpt, tinker, and transform a rich collection of open-ended materials as they discover hidden worlds within their own imaginations. Through sensory exploration, loose parts play, storytelling, and time in nature, children develop ideas, test possibilities, and create stories all their own. Our studio and Prospect Park become a living atelier—a landscape for following children's natural urges to wonder, invent, and create. Designed for children who thrive when given the freedom to explore materials in their own way, this small cohort celebrates imagination, friendship, and the joy of growing through play.

A Willow Nest Studio + Green Magic Workshop Collaboration Creating with Nature is an after-school program where nature exploration, herbalism, art, building, and imaginative play come together. Design extraordinary costumes, invent unforgettable characters, and build a shared universe inspired by nature, recycled materials, storytelling, and visionary artists. Discover the magic of plants by creating herbal potions, simple remedies, and nourishing foods that delight the senses. Together, Willow Nest and Green Magic Workshop invite children to see nature as both artist and teacher—where creativity, ecology, and imagination grow side by side.
