Looking for a playful way to burn off some morning energy and bond with your little one? Bring your toddlers to the Marcy Library this summer for a fun, interactive, and completely FREE Toddler Yoga series! Through storytelling, silly songs, and gentle movement, your child will learn simple poses, balance, and breathing techniques in a relaxed, welcoming environment. Why Toddler Yoga? Active Play: Develops gross motor skills, balance, and coordination. Mindful Moments: Introduces simple tools for calming down and self-regulation. Social Connections: A wonderful way to meet other local families in the community. What to bring: Wear comfortable clothes to move in. No prior yoga experience needed for kids or parents. Space is available on a first-come, first-served basis, so arrive a few minutes early to grab a spot.
