We are honored that the band had so much fun with you all in May that they wanted to close out The Summer of the Horse back on their home stomping grounds. We know y’all are gonna bring it even harder for round two! As a special thank-you for an amazing summer on behalf of the band and your friendly neighborhood concert promoter, the first 80 ticket purchasers will receive a free commemorative poster at the event! Limit of one poster per order. In their own words, “Real Young & Lazy Horse are an unreasonably faithful, occasionally feral reincarnation of Neil Young & Crazy Horse at their most ragged and transcendent. Drawing from the deep well of Neil’s catalog, the band doesn’t play the songs so much as become them. “Expect epic, long-burn renditions stacked with solos that ride past the horizon line — just as the spirit of the Horse intends. With shows routinely spilling over the three-hour mark it is nothing short of a phenomenon to experience this uncanny sensation. Real Young & Lazy Horse. Don’t be denied!” Event Info Date: September 19th, 2026 Doors: 3:00pm Show: 4:00pm – 8:00pm Tickets: $20 per person plus fees in advance. Yool Kim Exhibition: Open Reception

Yool Kim Exhibition: Open Reception

Sat, Sep 12 · 3:00 PM

Industry City · Greenwood Heights

Open Reception Sept 12th 3 – 6pm! Court Tree Collective is proud to present “The Place Memory Keeps,” the fourth New York City solo exhibition by Yool Kim. Building upon the emotional language that has come to define her practice, this new body of work ventures further into the quiet, dreamlike spaces where memory, longing, and imagination converge. Kim’s paintings are driven by a continual pursuit of images that resonate on a deeply human level. Her figures and landscapes exist between reality and recollection, inviting viewers into intimate moments that feel both familiar and otherworldly. Each composition is imbued with a sense of stillness and emotional depth, revealing a painter committed to creating works that speak as much to the soul as they do to the eye. While rooted in the timeless traditions of painting, Kim’s practice embraces a distinctly contemporary sensibility. She balances classical aesthetics with modern techniques, creating luminous surfaces and nuanced compositions that feel both enduring and unmistakably of the present. In The Place Memory Keeps, she continues to refine this visual language, offering a collection of paintings that linger long after they are seen works that remind us how memory shapes not only the places we have been, but the people we become.
