Make a mask or help bring to life some wild, winged, wonderful creatures for our fantasy parade on October 31. Two sessions allow us the time to get creative, construct, and color with vibrant tissue paper. We will have supplies and simple templates to get you started. Bring your sense of imagination and be ready to get a little messy. Pre-register for limited studio space. Age 5+, Family friendly, children must be accompanied by adults.

Join us at the farm as we welcome master storyteller, Jonathan Kruk. Jonathan will lead participants on a magical fairy walk with stories of wonder and magic. Children of all ages are welcome to don their wings and join us for this enchanting morning. There is no registration required. Story walks will begin promptly at 10:30, 11:00 and 11:30. Fairy trail will remain open for self-led walks from 12:00 until 2:00.

The 75th Annual Herb Fair & Market, presented by the New York Unit of the Herb Society of America (NYUHSA), celebrates three-quarters of a century of honoring the world of herbs. Guests can look forward to a vibrant artisan marketplace, hands-on workshops, free expert presentations, and activities for the whole family, all set within Caramoor’s stunning historic grounds. The Rosen House at Caramoor, a Mediterranean-style estate built between 1929 and 1939 by banker Walter Rosen and his wife Lucie Bigelow Dodge Rosen, will be open for self-guided exploration from 10 AM to 1:30 PM. Filled with fine and decorative Asian and Renaissance art, including complete 18th-century rooms transplanted from private villas in Italy, France, and England, the House is a treasure in its own right. From 2 PM to 3 PM, guests are invited to linger a little longer with Tea Time in the historic Music Room. Reflecting the English tradition cherished by Lucie Rosen since the early 1910s, the service features freshly made tea sandwiches, warm scones, delicate desserts, and a selection of fragrant herbal teas. Please note access to the Rosen House programs requires a ticket.
