About this event

**** No registration needed; just drop-in and play! Program starts around 10am and ends at noon. **** Children (up to age 5) with a caregiver are invited to the library to play with toys in our program "Stay and Play"! Stay and Play is a "free-play" program for young children with an emphasis on STEM and developmental play skills. We will place toys all around the Children's Room, and kids can just dive in and play! Today's program will include playsets (farms, houses), trains, pretend food, cars and trucks, wooden puzzles, costumes, and much more! We also will have some baby toys as well. Children are invited to play for a little bit, or play for the whole time! No registration required. Program will take place in the Children's Room.

***FOR ELEMENTARY-AGED KIDS AGES 6-12*** Kids have fun and gain confidence making a craft with their own hands in a 45-minute program led by local artisan Joanne Gould! Today's craft is inspired by International Dot Day and Peter H. Reynolds' children's book, The Dot. The program will take place upstairs in Room B. Registration is required. CHILDREN AGES 8 YEARS OLD AND YOUNGER MUST HAVE A CAREGIVER WITH THEM DURING THE PROGRAM. THANK YOU!
