YAY! We're so excited for our Millburn @ Taylor Park. A Sound Start Music Class. Ages: 0 mo - 5 yrs + Caregiver 1. Bring a blanket to sit on the grass. You are welcome to bring any instrument you have at home and/or homemade instruments (a jar with beans/rice or a bucket/container with lid for a drum), harmonica, kiddie guitar, shakers, maracas, etc. We also have sanitized instruments to share in class :) * Make Up Policy: If you or your child are not feeling well, please email info@asoundstart.com or text us (917) 399-8770 24 hours BEFORE Class to schedule a make up. Make ups do not roll over to other sessions. Thank you. CLASS DESCRIPTION: This unique class is the perfect beginning of their Music Journey! It encourages our Little Musicians to discover a fun musical world while building confidence, self-control & communications skills. We sing, imitate sounds, use visuals, identify beats & rhythms, dynamics, learn all about different instruments, all while exposed to different generes of music from around the world. It gives them chance to discover their inner musician while learning vocabulary, fine and gross motor skills, timing & spatial awareness. Story time encourages emergent literacy skills; and our live guitar jam always helps end the class in a great high note!
