The Honest Art after-school program is the only local program that sends kids home with two completed projects every day! This means your kids are going to reach the end of the year as far more advanced artists than they started just nine months earlier! Our program includes awesome art instruction, guided homework time, and optional transportation from Ardsley's Concord Road and Middle School. As a bonus, after-school members can enroll in any camp throughout the school year at a 25% discount. We offer two levels of monthly membership for after-school: the Unlimited Pack (3–5 days per week) for $399, and the Flex Pack (1–2 days per week) for $299. After-school transportation is an additional $150 per month. This fee gets you a seat that can be used any day of the week, or every day of the week - changes to days are permitted without notice. (We are no longer able to offer partial week transportation.) To reserve your spot, please make a one-month, non-refundable payment. After your first payment, you can cancel at any time, without any notice requirement.

In this fun and inspiring class, kids will explore and develop an appreciation for the works of famous painters, sculptors, and mixed media artists like Van Gogh, Picasso, Dali, Yayoi Kusama, Keith Haring, Jeff Koons, and more! Students will create their own masterpieces inspired by a new artist each week while learning various techniques and styles in an engaging and encouraging way. All masterpieces are ready to take home and display right after class!

Students will dive into the colorful world of crafts and collage as they explore a wide variety of materials like patterned paper, fabric scraps, buttons, yarn, cardboard, felt, wood pieces, and more. They’ll cut, glue, layer, and design eye-catching creations that are full of texture and personality. From playful paper collages to fun 3D crafts, each project will encourage students to mix materials and think outside the box. All projects are ready to be displayed at home right after class.

Kids will create their very own personal art journals —beautifully unique books filled with drawings, doodles, designs, affirmations, collages, and creative writing. Guided by thoughtful prompts and a wide variety of inspiring materials, students will explore their feelings, dreams, and ideas through visual storytelling. They'll use markers, colored pencils, paints, stamps, stickers, patterned papers, and more to bring each page to life. This class offers a meaningful blend of creativity and self-reflection, helping kids build confidence, strengthen their artistic voice, and support their emotional well-being. It's the perfect space to slow down, express freely, and discover the joy of making art that tells their story.
