Please leave donations beneath the overhang in the back of the library on the JPL Donation Cart. Donated items will become the property of the Jericho Public Library. This class is conducted by a School Psychologist and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Certified Special Education Teacher and supports school-aged children as they learn to name emotions, problem-solve, and manage big feelings. It blends SEL lessons with fun movement, beginner yoga flows, and kid-friendly mindfulness exercises to strengthen focus, confidence and self-regulation skills.

Through exploratory and guided play, children participate in themed classes featuring gross motor, fine motor, and sensory play experiences that support and enhance their developing skills. Facilitated by occupational therapists, the classes engage children in skill-building play while caregivers are equipped with reproducible activity ideas and access to professionals who can answer questions and offer guidance.
