Curious minds are welcome at our monthly STEM Club! Designed for kids in grades K–5, each session offers fun and creative ways to explore STEM topics. We meet one Tuesday a month to ask big questions, try new things, and learn through hands-on activities. This month, we’re making kinetic Bat Art. Using simple materials, experiment with movement and make your bat “fly”.

Come sing, move, and find your calm! Children will explore their emotions through lively songs, fun movement, and storytelling activities designed to help them connect with their feelings. They'll also discover soothing, age-appropriate mindfulness practices like gentle breathing and imaginative visualizations to help them feel peaceful and present. Sarah Packard is a classically trained singer and actor with a rich background in musical and theatrical performance. She has a strong passion for education, having taught opera to youth in Detroit and children's music and storytelling in NYC. After transitioning from the corporate world, she is now returning to music education, incorporating movement and mindfulness as a certified yoga and meditation teacher.
