Class Experience : Our art teachers, experienced in early childhood, gently guide little hands as they discover early art-making skills at their own pace. Each School Year Camp day is a unique adventure where we explore nature or visit local communities to gather inspiration and ideas that fuel our art-making process during the day. Class Experience: Outdoor Adventures: We venture to nearby parks and local spots to find inspiration or create art directly in nature. Open-Ended Exploration: In addition to the planned art activity of the day, we thoughtfully set up a variety of materials, art supplies, and creative prompts that encourage children to follow their intuition and make their own masterpieces. Gentle Guidance: Our experienced teaching artists offer support through thoughtful questions and guidance, helping each child expand their creativity and express their unique ideas. A summer filled with outdoor creative activities and field trips to bring each week’s theme to life in a fun and educational experience. A summer all about creativity, adventure, and immersion in nature. How does that sound to you? If it is a YES, join us. Theme & Field Trip Sample Schedule: Week 1: June 29 - July 3 | Fairy Tales & Magic Enter a magical world of Fairytales & Magic! Little artists will dream up dragons, dinosaurs, castles, potions, and royal creations in a week filled with fantasy, storytelling, and imaginative art fun. Field trip: American Museum of Natural History Class Experience Outdoor Adventures : Whenever possible, we head to nearby parks to create, explore, and connect with nature. Fun & Meaningful Art Projects: Children will dive into a wide range of themed projects inspired by their daily lives, art movements and the world around them. They’ll experiment with painting, sculpture, collage, printmaking, and more—using both traditional and non-traditional materials and techniques. Field Trips* : We are aiming to visit exciting places like museums, farms, and zoos to bring each week’s theme to life in a fun and educational experience. (*Field trips are subject to change) Sample Schedule: 8:30am: early drop-off 9am - 9:45am: regular drop off + activity #1 9:45 - 10:15: heading to the park (when possible) 10:15 - 10:30: snacks 10:30 - 11:30: Activity #2 (outside at the park) 11:30-12:00: break/games 12-1: lunch 1-1:30: head back to the studio 1:30 - 2:45: Activity #3 2:45 - 3:00: break, wrap-up & regular pick-up 3:00 - 5:00: (extended day) activity #4 5pm: (extended day) pick-up Notes: Our summer camps are for children ages 4–10 years old. Our Creators class is designed for children ages 4 and up who love to create, build, and dream big. Class Experience: In this class, children will explore a wide range of materials and techniques—experimenting with painting, sculpture, collage, printmaking, and more, through both traditional and un-traditional art-making processes Our experienced teaching artists gently guide each child, introducing art concepts while encouraging them to follow their intuition, embrace their individuality, and express their ideas with confidence. This is a space where creative thinking is celebrated—where children are encouraged to take risks, think outside the box, and bring their boldest ideas to life. Notes: This is a drop-off class.
