About this event

Join Ms. Dayna for this Early Literacy class chock full of fun songs, stories, puppets, instruments, fingerplays, and dances. Designed to enrich language skills and self expression in children who like a lot of movement. For children aged 3 to 5 years and their caregivers. Registration is required. One registration covers the entire 6-week series. * Last class October 26th. First preference given to Mahopac/Mahopac Central School District Residents. Non-residents will be placed on a Wait List and will be admitted if space allows and at the discretion of library staff. Calling all children in grades k-2! Book Buddies is back! Pair up with a teen buddy (Grades 6+), choose books, and spend time reading together. Afterward, all book buddy pairs will participate in games & activities. *Book Buddies is a reading partner program. In signing up your child for this program, you are committing to the entire six-week series (barring illness or other unforeseen circumstances). PLEASE ONLY REGISTER IF YOU ARE ABLE TO COMMIT TO ALL SIX WEEKS! • First preference given to residents of Mahopac/Mahopac Central School District. • Register for only one Book Buddies class per child. One registration covers the entire series. All children in 5th grade and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult (over the age of 18) who must remain in the building for the duration of the program!
