Yoga is for every body. It helps develop muscle tone, focus, spatial awareness, and emotional regulation for all children. Class includes adaptive poses with propping, breathing techniques, guided meditation, and even a story! Caregivers are encouraged to participate. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring water. Yoga mats provided, or you are welcome to bring your own. Ms. Debbie is an RCYT, RYT-200 with Yoga Alliance and has trained in adaptive yoga as well.
