Join us for baby storytime! We will read some books, sing some songs, do some bounces and tickles and all sorts of fun things with our babies! Tickets are required and will be distributed on a first come, first served basis at the information desk.* Caregiver and Child must be present to receive a ticket . *This is a lapsit storytime for infants who are not yet walking. Walking toddlers should attend the Toddler Time programs on Wednesdays!

Join us for our extended play afterschool clinics at The Post BK. Parents can drop players off for the 2 hour clinic or we can arrange pick up from PS31 or PS34. Optional FREE school pick up Monday (PS31/34), Tuesday (PS31/34), Wednesday (PS110/PS31) & Thursday (PS31/34) for full term bookings. PICK UP NOT AVAILABLE FOR DROP IN BOOKINGS School end until 5pm Drop off is ok 5, 6, 7 & 8yr old players The clinics will take place on one of the basketball courts so no cleats are allowed. Our coach will lead the players through a series of organized mini games that help to develop listening skills, balance, running, playing as a group, basic ball skills and foot-eye coordination. There will also be plenty of time to scrimmage! What will you need for the afterschool clinic? Our art classes will feature an exciting weekly theme or topic, to stimulate your child's imagination and get the ideas flowing. This course includes everything a beginner needs to know about how to use the seven elements of art (line, shape, color, form, value, texture, and space) to develop their skills in drawing and painting. They learn how to sketch out their subject as they grasp the use of pencils, markers, and pastels. We demo color-mixing, brush applications and professional techniques + look at a variety of painting styles. For subject matter they will work with still-life objects, pictures, and their imaginations to motivate compositions. In this course, children will develop confidence and be motivated to create their own fully realized drawings and paintings not only in art class but at school and at home.

Disney's The Lion King has captivated the imagination of audiences around the world, and now you have the opportunity to produce this one-of-a-kind musical in your community. Bring the African savanna to life on your stage with Simba, Rafiki and an unforgettable cast of characters as they journey from Pride Rock to the jungle and back again in this inspiring, coming-of-age tale. The Lion King KIDS features classic songs from the Broadway musical and animated feature film, including “I Just Can’t Wait to Be King,” “He Lives in You,” and “Hakuna Matata.” Young performers will also get the chance to learn a wide range of new theatrical skills—such as mask-making and puppetry—encouraging them to explore this beloved story with creativity and pride. Role placement is held on the first day of the workshop through an audition process. Every child receives a role and is involved; there are lead characters, supporting, and ensemble. Class time is rehearsal time - students are expected to practice and memorize lines throughout the week so that they come prepared to rehearse during class. Please note this class only meets on Tuesdays, except for Tech rehearsal & Performance.
