First experiences at the doctor, dentist, or hairdresser can be overwhelming for young children. This storytime series for children ages 0-5 years is designed to celebrate these "firsts" through stories and play! Our special guest in October is Dr. Meredith Renda from Ridgefield's Doctors' Pediatric. Dr. Renda will join us to read some books about visiting the doctor, give the Children's Library mascot Koala a well check, and answer questions about what to expect at the doctor's office. We'll end with a special craft to bring home and help children prepare for their first experiences. Registration is required and opens on September 16, 2026. Programs like this are made possible in part by the generosity of our donors.
