Toddler yoga with certified yoga instructor Lindsay Fletcher! Come explore the benefits of yoga right alongside your little one. After a quick warm up, we will read books and act it out in yoga poses. This class is designed to promote early literacy combined with movement. This class is perfect for kids ages 6 weeks to 5 years old with a caregiver, but all are welcome. Please bring your own yoga mats or towels. No registration required!
