Lego Legends (Ages 4-7) In Lego Legends , students take on weekly building challenges using their creativity, teamwork, and engineering skills. Each session introduces a new theme, whether it’s building a wind-resistant tower, a floating ship, a medieval castle, or a working catapult. Along the way, students learn about balance, structure, problem-solving, and design through hands-on play with Lego bricks. Students solve challenges with Sphero Indi and Dash robots to learn about coding, engineering and robotics. Each of these robots are unique in their own way, allowing us to explore different forms of coding and various forms of interaction with each robot and their environment! Through various sensors, components, and some basic coding, we’ll solve challenges and create our own robotic designs. No prior coding experience necessary, this is a great class to start a student’s coding journey!

Robots are being used everywhere, from shopping centers to hospitals and everything in between. Using mBot robotic kits, students will solve various robotic challenges and learn how to program their robotis with block-based code. We’ll learn about the extensive suite of inputs/outputs on the mBot including a distance sensor, color sensor, lights, sounds and more - all able to be controlled and manipulated through important programming concepts students learn, such as loops, conditional statements, variables and more. No prior coding experience necessary, this is a great way to start a student’s coding journey!
Crime Lab (8-12) In Crime Lab , students take on the role of detectives, both in the real world and online. From fingerprint matching and mystery substance testing to cracking codes and tracing digital clues, this class blends hands-on forensic science with cybersecurity challenges. Each session is a new case to solve, building skills in observation, logic, and digital safety. It’s STEM with a twist of mystery, perfect for curious minds who love a good whodunit. Bubbles, Bridges, and Beakers (Ages 4-7) Calling all curious kids! In this exciting STEAM class for young makers and thinkers, we’ll mix up science experiments, building challenges, and tons of hands-on fun. From bubbling reactions and fizzy chemistry to bridges that hold weight and boats that really float, each week brings a new adventure in science and engineering. Students will explore materials like wood, LEGO, cardboard, and everyday items as they build, test, and tweak their creations. With fun take-home projects each week, kids will explore big ideas in science and design—while developing creativity, confidence, and problem-solving skills along the way.
